More About Me
I live in Emmett, Idaho on a small but productive family farm. My family keeps me busy. I love working on our farm and doing appraisals in the beautiful rural areas of Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Farming has been a part of my life since childhood. My extended family were, and are, walnut and almond growers in northern California.
My greatest enjoyment and love is spending time with my family (my wife and four Daughters), hunting, fishing, camping, shooting, reloading, farming with my 1941 Farmall M tractor, and enjoying a good cigar alone or with a good friend!
Each appraisal is completed with the mindset that no matter who is asking the questions, the answer will likely be the same.
Every effort is made to be as detailed as needed to provide the most accurate valuation for your property.
It is a core value of mine to be on time with the delivery of any requested appraisal—preferably early whenever possible.
Additionally, you may not need an appraisal, and if I can save you the time and expense from an appraisal when you may not need one, I’ll try my best to do so.
